・ Job Title: Back-End (+RPA) Developer
・ Client: Korean IT Consulting Company

・ Employment Type: Employment Type: 1-year Contract / W-2
・ Salary: $85K-90K annually (DOE)

▶ Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to assess and analyze requirements for automation solutions (RPA) and development tasks
• Lead and guide developers as a senior developer/technical lead
• Develop and support RPA operations, along with traditional application/module development
• Manage the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, coding, testing, documentation
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and modules with clean, efficient code
• Plan, prioritize, test, and manage releases using Agile methodologies
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Monitor and support ongoing RPA operations delivered to customers; troubleshoot and enhance solutions
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems
• Participate in internal/external meetings to gather business requirements and propose solutions
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices
• Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios
• Optimize application performance through troubleshooting and debugging
• Identify and plan new features with the development team
• Ensure compliance with Company quality assurance standards
• Research and recommend new technologies, applications, and protocols
• Create detailed technical plans for project execution
• Provide technical guidance, answer questions, and remove obstacles for the team
• Report development progress clearly and transparently

▶︎Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in web-based system development
• Strong experience with Java or other programming languages (Python, etc.)
• Experience developing or maintaining intranet systems
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• RPA experience or understanding is a plus
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience with Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL procedures
• Preferred: Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Preferred: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
