Job Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment while following production specifications. Accurately read a ruler and take precise measurements to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while working with the production team to meet daily goals. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to accurately read a ruler, as precision is critical. Curious, open-minded, and comfortable asking questions rather than making assumptions. Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and be trained. Schedule 1st Shift - Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay $18.00 per hour Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Why Apply?
