Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician Lonestar Comfort Services - San Antonio & Castroville, TX $22-$45/hr + Performance Incentives

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of residential (and occasional light commercial) HVAC systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and generates repeat business.
• Share your knowledge by guiding and training less experienced technicians as you progress.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with rotating on-call duties) Primary Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $22-$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• HVAC technical training certificate (preferred)
• NATE certification (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Must have your own hand tools
