Serving as a technical point-of-contact for Workday HCM, the full-time Workday HRIS Analyst will manage system administration, ensure data integrity, and support system updates and enhancements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer Workday applications including HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits, ensuring optimal system performance Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into effective system configurations and workflows Perform system maintenance, testing, and deliver end-user support to resolve system-related issues promptly Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline 5+ years of experience in HRIS, with specific expertise in Workday Proven experience with reporting and analytics in an HRIS context Knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other HR functions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
